About the role
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our sales process, following up on leads generated by our marketing team and effectively converting them into sales. You will demonstrate your exceptional charisma and interpersonal skills as you build and maintain great relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Your ability to negotiate and close sales deals will be paramount, as you navigate through customer objections and find solutions that align with their needs and budget. Beyond simply meeting targets, you will strive to consistently exceed expectations, going above and beyond to provide exceptional value to our clients. Your genuine excitement and knowledge of our great products will allow you to perfectly match customer needs to what we offer.

Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads generated by our marketing team and turn these into sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
- Be a true product expert and field different questions from potential customers on why they would want to sign up to The Bunch.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, handling any pushback and find customers a deal that works for them.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Always provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to the culture at The Bunch through activities outside your direct work. Attend team building events and suggest new ideas for our team socials.
