Official Announcement regarding The BunchSince January 2025, Huddle Utilities has managed all customer service, operations and billing for Bunch customers. We are announcing that we will transfer all our customer contracts and the Bunch brand to Huddle and they will continue running the service. The transfer happened on 4th September 2026.With Huddle already operating it end to end, transferring it to them was the option that gave customers genuine continuity.There is no action for customers to take. Their terms, accounts and payments carry on exactly as they are, with the same team at Huddle managing their accounts.
